Karolina Nowakowska is a Senior Consultant with OC Expert Services.

Karolina is a Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years of postgraduate experience in the construction industry. Her experience covers all aspects of commercial management including tendering, negotiating, contract award, contract and subcontract management including valuations and change management, and final accounting with supply chain and clients. Throughout her career, she has worked on a number of projects including power, nuclear, petrochemical, health, infrastructure and water.

Karolina has a BSc degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and obtained an MSc degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution in 2017 from University of Central Lancashire and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
